IDL, founded in 1978, is a second-source semiconductor engineering firm specializing
in the support of photo-lithography systems used in today’s integrated circuitry
fabrication. We provide system sales, spares, repairables and consumable parts
support, sustaining contracts, emergency field service, technical support and
training for many of the systems used in the industry.
Through years of experience as field service specialists and equipment, process and applications
