About Us
IDL was started in 1978 by Thomas Reirdon and Gary Martin to give the
Perkin Elmer SVGL ASML Micralign customer another option for system sales,
system refurbishment, internal system transfer, emergency service, training,
upgrades and parts support.
The longevity of our company is a direct result of our core belief - to provide
the highest quality products and services to increase throughput and yield while
not losing focus of reducing cost to our customer. We are committed to listening
to our customers and actively participating in creative solutions to resolve issues.
